• In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order
completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall
cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send

your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall
be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time
and in good condition, we only ship through reputed
courier agencies.
• We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in
good condition, and always on time.
• If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if
the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse
to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care
with reference number of order we will ensure the best
possible arrangement in such scenario at the earliest.
• Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice
mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
*Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your
order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card
shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you
have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall
be instructed to refund the amount by us. However, the
actual credit to your account will depend on your banks

receive a credit within this time, please check with your

• We hope you fall in love with your Priya nightwear
products. But we know that at times may want to return
them to us. Returns are considered for issues such as
damaged products/ wrong product / product not as
specified on the site. Any returns apart from these three
issues such as did not like material, did not like look of it,
did not find it as good as expected and so on may or may
not be considered. The decision to permit / reject the same
will be taken by the executive handling your issue based
on merit.
We have a very easy, hassle-free returns policy. Simply return
unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in
the original packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange.
You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are
returning. This coupon can be used for a future purchase on

Refund / Replacement maybe offered depending on the issue.
Priya Nightwear reserves rights to decide on which of the two to
provide depending on various factors which includes availability
of Stock.
We do not exchange purchases made against gift voucher
Items on sale, special promotions or products/orders otherwise
discounted will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. No
refunds can be made for any goods on sale, promotion or items

What are the items/services that I cannot return?
Following are our returns guidelines
2. Gift cards/credit coupons are non-returnable and can't be
exchanged for cash.
4. Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as
individual items.
5. Items on special or seasonal promotions and stock clearance.

obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
How do I return something?
Check that the items you are & intending to return meet our returns
guidelines.
Then follow these instructions to request a return:
Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the
original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a
shipping box.
Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
Step 4: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier
service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on
the returns box –

Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning a purchase for a credit, you are responsible
for the return shipping and to ensure that the products reach us
in good condition. We will process your return within 10 working
days of receiving your shipment. Our quality team will check the
products to ensure they comply with our returns guidelines. We
will then notify you with your coupon code.
In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you
incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise. If
you have received a tampered box please notify us immediately.

How is the value of credit calculated?
The value of your credit coupon is calculated as value of the
item(s) returned minus any Discount Voucher, Shipping and
Cash on Delivery charges if applicable. Please allow us up to 10
working days from date we receive for your return shipment to
process the credit coupon. An initial shipping fee is not
refundable.
Can I return promotional merchandise?
Sorry, you cannot return or exchange free gifts or promotional
merchandise that you might have received from
priyanightwear.com as part of our marketing promotions.
Can I return a gift?
If you received a product as a gift from loved ones and need to
return it for an alternate size, please follow our returns
guidelines. You can exchange the gift for a credit coupon that
will be issued to you. Please note that the products are to be
returned at your own expense.
ANY RETURNED/EXCHANGED ITEM THAT FAILS TO MEET THE
ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE
RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. NO AMOUNT WILL BE
